Raw material screening and control
All key optoelectronic components (lasers, photodetectors, integrated circuits) are purchased from first-tier suppliers and batch tracking management is implemented.
After each batch of components arrives, they must undergo sampling tests, including optoelectronic characteristics tests and preliminary aging tests. The qualified rate must reach more than 99.9% before entering the production line.
We have established a complete supplier rating system to ensure the long-term stability of the quality of core components.
Production process control
During the production process, we use a fully automated precision assembly line.
In particular, the optoelectronic coupling link uses six-axis fine-tuning technology to control the eccentricity error within 0.1μm, which is far better than the industry standard.
We use the industry's leading automated testing system, and each AOC will generate a unique test report and quality traceability code.


Finished product inspection and aging test
After assembly, each AOC undergoes full parameter testing, including more than 20 indicators such as optical power, signal quality, bit error rate, and temperature characteristics.
Especially for high-speed products (above 100G), we implement 100% high-temperature aging tests (85°C/24 hours) and temperature cycle tests to ensure the stability of the product in various working environments. Finally, 5% of the finished products are randomly selected for additional long-term stability tests to ensure batch consistency.

A leading domestic internet company faced high-density cabling and heat dissipation challenges when expanding its East China data center.
